It's tiny, just talking with him until he has visions and then you take him to visit a guy that gives you a summon inigo spell. It does use some vanilla locations, but if you uninstall after you're done, you should be fine. It's a great little pit fighter mod, with all of the Enaisiaion polish that we love. Be involved with the girls, help them and then make them be dragonborn's lovers. The Forgotten City would imo fit well in the midgame, level 20-30. She's named Rigmor.
